• The press is made of a hard aluminum plate, which is square, measuring 76 cm x 76 cm, and 5 cm thick. This plate is moved by a hydraulic system. The machine has three levels of griddles heated by low-pressure LP gas burners, which are independently controlled by digital pyrometers and an electronic ignition system.

• The machine includes a stainless steel cooler measuring 9.60 m long and 87 cm wide, with a white polyurethane discharge conveyor belt 1.70 m long and 87 cm wide. This cooler has four forced-air curtains for improved product cooling.

• This equipment operates on 220V three-phase power and low-pressure LP gas.
