This unit is an intermittent motion capping. Featuring complete accessibility and adjustments all located on the operator side. This capper can also be incorporated in a monoblock with a tablet counting machine.

MAIN FEATURES:

This capping machine is designed with an easy operation process. Containers are fed to the machine by a conveyor belt, while caps are continuously fed by a vibratory bowl and chute to the containers, that, being allocated into the star-wheel pockets, pick up the caps by simply passing underneath the chute. Once the caps have been placed on the bottles, these are conveyed to the capping station where they are lifted up and sealed by means of a rotating sealing head. The capped containers are then conveyed onto the exit belt conveyor.
