Description

This is a Spiral Brush Incline Capsule Deduster. It’s used to clean capsules coming off the Capsule Filler. It can work for Capsule size range 00 to 5 no problem. Using both compressed air and a vacuum source, the dust gets brushed off the capsule as they are driven up the incline and it falls through the cylindrical sieve to be removed under vacuum. At the discharge at the top of the incline the machine is also fitted with an Empty Capsule Sorter which removes both empty and half capsules.
