Gently Used 2021 Automatic Rotary Cartoning System rated at up to 50 cartons (size dependent) per minute for fold and tuck top and auto erect bottom boxes. Stations included: carton tray feeding, pneumatic auto open station, pneumatic dust flap open, top tuck flap detection, pneumatic and stepper driven robotic bottle insert station, pneumatic dust flap closer, pneumatic top tuck flap closure, pneumatic exit station with holding brush. Four foot Variable speed conveyor for bottle feed / staging. Robotic auto bottle insertion into box - picks up bottle from conveyor and places into box on cartoner.
