DESCRIPTION:
Lateral box former machine with cardboard infeed station and NORDSON hotmelt applicator type 3100V.

SECTORS OF USE:

MAIN FEATURES:
Automatic machine for the grouping, packing of the products in boxes with side loading and sealing cases with hotmelt glue. Very compact and uniform unit.
Nordson hotmelt applicators melt the adhesive, control it at the operating temperatures (max 232°C), and pump it through hoses to the dispensing guns. These apply the adhesive to the surface of the product or package. It is used to melt, pump/transfer and apply hot material. Control system: Vista. 14:1 SP30 Piston pump. Internal and external flaps are precisely folded by a fixed guide then evenly glued.
