This is from a dewatering system that was upgraded for higher capacity. Unit is in good working condition.No controls are included. This was originally part of a lime mix system but the lime portion was removed from service. Below is the description of the sales order: Mixing Screw Conveyor. 9" dia. x ±18'-0" long, inclined configuration, mixing design screw conveyor. The conveyor was designed to convey and mix dewatered sludge with lime for discharge to loadout at a rate of up to 40 cubic feet per hour. The mixing screw conveyor shall have the following component and construction features:Drive: The Mixing Screw Conveyor shall incorporate a 3 HP motor direct connected to an AGMA Class II, helical gear reducer with an adapter flange for end plate mounting. Flighting: Flighting shall be 9” dia. x 1/4” thick, reduced pitch, helical ribbon flight welded to a 2" dia., sch. 40 minimum pipe with ends bushed and drilled for 1 1/2” dia. shafting. The mixing portion of flighting will include adjustable mixing paddles. All stainless steel construction.Bearings and Shafts: The flighting sections will be supported by 1-1/2” dia. intermediate hangers having UHMWP bearing inserts. The end trough shall incorporate a 1-1/2" dia. minimum anti-friction, 4-bolt, flanged mounted bearing with cast iron housing. All shafting to be stainless steel.Trough: The Mixing Screw Conveyor flight to be housed in a #10 ga. thick minimum U-trough with formed top flanges and CEMA drilled matching end flanges. The trough shall include a removable #14 ga. cover with gasketing and bolted on 2'-0" centers. The inlet zone will include skirt extensions to accept loading from the rotary fan press and a lime plenum and shroud to reduce dusting. Trough, covers and inlets to be stainless steel.Supports: The Mixing Screw Conveyor is to be supported by hot-dip galvanized mild steel supports to the floor/foundations at grade (foundations by others).Pull Cord Switch: 110 V. 1ph. NEMA-4 safety stop pull cord switch with full-length cable both sides.Assembly: Completely shop assembled within shipping and handling limitations. Finish: All fabricated mild steel supports to be hot-dip galvanized. Stainless steel and other non-ferrous items to remain unfinished. Component hardware to have manufacturer’s standard finish. Shafting and exposed machined surfaces to be coated with a rust resistant compound.Additional Prep Fees May Apply
