The MN80 is a semi-automatic pod-filling machine—a vertical single-serving bag packaging machine—for the production and packaging of coffee pods (ESE – Easy Serving Espresso) for compatible home and professional espresso machines, designed for small- and medium-capacity roasting lines.

FEATURES:
The machine integrates the stages of coffee grinding, dosing, pressing, forming, and sealing the filter, ensuring a production capacity of up to approximately 80 pods per minute. It features a robust, electro-pneumatic structure, suitable for flexible production and industrial settings that do not require extremely high speeds. The pods, made of heat-sealable food-grade filter paper, are designed to withstand pressure and temperature. The ground coffee is enclosed between two layers of paper that are heat-sealed along the perimeter. The machine is equipped with a COLOMBINI grinder from the TA series and a conveyor belt with a counter and pouch diverter, completing the packaging process with a pouch made of barrier-laminated film to protect against oxygen and moisture.
