Description

Solbern Model LFF-103 stainless steel straight line liquid filling system designed for high-speed beverage packaging applications. Hot Fill Liquid Filler.

Previously operated on a 500 ml tea bottling line with a production capacity of approximately 500 bottles per minute.

The filler features constant flow hot-fill capability and includes 103 bottle pockets with approximately 52 traveling funnels.

Unit is equipped with stainless steel construction throughout, infeed worm, lug chain conveyor, overflow catch pan, hinged lift-up cover, and tubular stainless steel support legs approximately 30in high.

System is rated for production speeds up to approximately 1,400 containers per minute depending on product viscosity and container size.
