Description

For sale is one Per-Fil Single Head Automated Powder Filler, Model MF. Used in great condition. Product contact parts are manufactured from 304 stainless steel or FDA approved composites. All controls for the filler are housed in a NEMA 12 control console which is dust tight. The PLC controls all functions of the filler, and the operator interface features a display and keypad. You can store up to 30 product recipes/set-ups in this interface which makes changeover between products quick and easy.

-Variable speed auger and agitator drive system, 0.5 hp permanent magnet, totally enclosed and non-ventilated motor with heavy duty gear reducer.
-Variable speed auger drive control with dynamic braking.
-Chain driven auger and agitator drive system for precision performance and reliability.
-12” diameter, 20 liter stainless steel hopper mounted with quick disconnect hand knobs.
-Hopper is positioned with locating pins for convenient removal and positive assembly.
-NEMA 12 painted steel dust-tight electrical enclosure securely mounted to the frame of the filler. -Enclosure includes Emergency Stop pushbutton and Touchscreen operator interface.
-One set of auger tooling for accurate filling of customers’ powdered nutritional products into jars.
-One set of agitators for maximum density control and product flow into the auger.
-One (1) hopper extension for convenient product loading and increased storage capacity.
-Stainless steel construction with removable lid
-Single cycle footswitch to actuate fill cycle.
