The DF-A Flour Filling Machine uses the module design, its basic disposition is main engine and verification feedback electronic scale. The main engine is used to complete the quota backfill and the electronic scale is used to verify and feedback error correction signal. You can choose auto-material-serve equipment, wrap bag equipment, anti-drip material installment and seal installment according to your own needs, so that the efficiency, the quota precision and automatic degree can be advanced further.
This machine adopts microcomputer control and mixed step motor driven technology, its work is stable and reliable, with high repeat accuracy and low noise. It works at the mode of constant volume or constant quota. Blanking is controlled by electro-optic and not effected by environment. The contacting part is manufactured by high quality stainless steel material, as it has corrosion resistance ability and does not pollute the material. Brand New this is $8,500, I am selling for below half of that. You will need to spend about $500 to get a new scale. It does work well other than that. We packaged pea protein powder with it.
