Automatically forms bags from roll stock film and seals them vertically. Ideal for pillow, gusseted, and stand-up pouches.
Film Handling & Jaws
Servo-driven pull belts and sealing jaws for precise film placement, smooth motion, and accurate seal alignment.
Bag Size Flexibility
Bag widths up to ~8" (200 mm) and lengths up to ~12" (300 mm) (some variants support larger ranges, confirm with OEM). Great for snack, coffee, frozen or dry goods.
High Throughput
Capable of ~60–120 bags per minute, depending on model and bag size. The "800 JAWS" specifically runs about 60 cycles/min.
Stainless Steel Construction & Maintenance Ease
Hygienic 304-grade stainless steel frame with open access for cleaning and quick roll change-over. Tool-less jaw removal, film splice station, and side panels improve uptime.
User Interface & Control
Touchscreen HMI and Mitsubishi/servo-driven PLC for recipe management, film tracking, temperature control, and integration with weighers and fillers.
Optional Features
Adds like gusseting attachments, gas flushing, code-dating/printing, hole punching, vacuum settling, and flat-bottom bag options to suit diverse packaging needs.
Typical Production Sequence
Film unwind with tracking → forming tube creates bag shape
Product dispensing (via an integrated scale or filler positioned above the bagger)
Servo pull belts advance film and position bag
JAWS seal top of filled pouch, cut, and release
Sealed bags exit via conveyor for downstream handling
