Description

Groen Premier 500 gallon cook and mix kettle, stainless steel kettle features a hemispherical bottom and scrape surface agitation with Teflon scrapers. Agitation is driven by a SEW Eurodrive gearmotor mounted above the vessel. The jacket is rated approximately 90 PSI at 325 Deg. F. Product discharge is through a 3in bottom outlet equipped with an SPX pneumatically actuated sanitary valve and tri-clamp piping assembly. The unit includes an Endress+Hauser FMU90 level controller with sensor, stainless steel control panel. Last used in food operation.
