Description

DC Norris glycol jacketed DA cooling vessel with approximately 160 gallon capacity. Vessel features 316 stainless steel wetted parts and 304 stainless steel non-wetted construction. Designed with cylindrical sides and insulated conical bottom. Equipped with a 5.5 kW bottom-base mounted scrape surface agitator with replaceable plastic scraper blades. Vessel includes a single hinged pressure lid, 3in side bottom discharge, and jacket rated for 45 PSI. Vessel working pressure rated approximately 15 PSI. Approximate vessel dimensions are 42in diameter x 62in straight wall with overall height of approximately 99in including 20in legs. Unit was built for rapid cooling of viscous or particulate food products.
