Stainless steel bowl chopper, manufactured by Ya Chia Machinery, approximately 15 gallon capacity. 304 stainless steel construction. Bowl measures 17in diameter x 17in deep. Lump breaker is driven by 10 HP motor, 220/440 Volts, 1750 RPM and includes a set of (2) knives. Bottom of bowl measures 16-7/8in diameter x 3in wide, top measures 9in diameter x 3in wide. Chopper motor is driven by 1 HP, 220/440 Volts, 3420 RPM and includes a set of (3) knives that measure 4in diameter x 3-1/2in long. Side bottom discharge measures 5in x 5in. Unit is mounted on casters. Serial number 8704, manufactured in 1987. Last used for nutritional supplement processing and in good condition. Additional Prep Fees May Apply
