The Premier Mill Max-Shear Disperser features a high-speed rotor that rotates in close proximity to a precision-machined stator, producing a high shear zone through which the product passes.

The Max-Shear Disperser is also recognized for its pumping ability. In many applications, the Max-Shear Disperser can blend and pump without requiring additional equipment. Applications include continuous in-line blending, mixing, dispersion, emulsifying and de-agglomerating of liquids, slurries and other pump-able products. The Max-Shear Disperser can process a batch of product by re-circulating it until the desired consistency is obtained, and then pump the finished product.

The Max-Shear Disperser can also operate in conjunction with a positive feed pump force-feeding the Disperser. In this application, the product outlet line must be throttled to ensure feed processing in the high shear zone.
